Cassidy & Tammy

This wedding was most definetly a first for me! I have never shot an elopement and I must say I LOVED it!

I do love working with weddings with large wedding parties, but being able to just work with a bride and groom really opened up my creativity! I got to explore some ideas I had in my mind and it makes me excited for my upcoming weddings this year!

Cassidy and Tammy were so in love and it showed though the images I took! They  both had a rocky road before they met each other and now they definetly feel like their lives are complete.

I absolutely enjoyed photographing for these two and I wish them many years of happiness to come!

Here are some of my favs from this wedding! (It was so hard to narrow it down to just a few )

Enjoy!

(keep in mind the quality goes down on here)

Michelle & Cody

I met Michelle and Cody a few years ago when she first contacted me to do some maternity photos. Shortly after that, I captured some beautiful photos of their baby girl Amaya and then soon after their engagement!

Fast forward to now and here we are on their wedding day! It’s been such a pleasure photographing them for the last few years!

Their wedding day was perfect! They wrote their own vows and they were absolutely beautiful! You could definetly feel their love in that moment.

The wedding party was tons of fun and we were able to do all their photos fast since the mosquitos were eating us alive!

Here are some of my absolute fav photos from their day!

Enjoy!

Bryce & Aurora

I love fall weddings! The leaves on the trees for this wedding were just perfect! I’m glad this was the wedding to end my season with!

Aurora and Bryce had a beautiful wedding! I was a little concerned because it had been raining that morning, but it turned out to be a sunny day until the end of photos. The girls dresses were absolutely gorgeous and they all looked beautiful! The wedding party was tones of fun and we even got to hang out with a few cows!

Here are some of my favs from this country wedding!

Skyler & Dion

Skyler and Dion were my first wedding of the year and I must say their wedding started my wedding season off with a bang! I met these two last year when we did their engagement photos in Jasper, such a beautiful location! I was super excited that they were having a winter wedding and it turned out to be super gorgeous! I know she was hoping to have snow on her wedding and it was promising because the night before it was coming down! But of course the day of their wedding turned into a super sunny and warm day, but she didn’t let that stop her from having the wedding of her dreams!

The ceremony was beautiful and I myself almost started tearing up while shooting. After the ceremony we headed around to different locations in and around Edson. The wedding party was such a blast to work with and we had some fun with the photos! We even ended up going to this purple graffiti wall that worked so well with her wedding colors and then ended our photos off with playing on a swing set!

Capturing these two throughout the day was such a pleasure and I could see the love they had for each other. I wish for these two to have a happy and wonderful marriage for many years to come!

Enjoy some of the photos from their beautiful wedding!

Brad & Tanya | Whitecourt Wedding Photographer

Tanya and Brad were my first fall wedding I have done! I must say I enjoy photographing fall weddings a lot! There is so much colour and character with the leaves that creates a beautiful backdrop.

Tanya was probably the most relaxed bride I have dealt with, she wanted to enjoy her day rather than stress over the little things. She was so relaxed that she decided to wear he sneakers under her dress instead of the heels she had. I thought it was awesome that she did that and of course throughout the day of photographing her feet never hurt 😛

This wedding was a joy to capture. The wedding party was always laughing and made for a good time and some great photos! We even found a four leaf clover! 😉

Ken & Sarah Fortier | Whitecourt Wedding photographer|

I met Sarah last year and was super excited to photograph her wedding! The rehearsal the night before was so cold and I was concerned it was going to be freezing! Of course the day turned out to be absolutely beautiful!

Photographing the girls that morning getting ready was such a blast! All her bridesmaids and especially her Maid of Honour were fully of personality and energy! It set the mood for the day and kept everyones spirits high!

The location itself was simple but so beautiful! We were surrounded by trees and the beautiful greens from the trees around. There were so many locations around to photograph at and the lighting was stunning!

I had the honour of meeting one of the groomsmen, Mike, whom was such a blast and always kept a smile on my face! He was full of joy and lightened up any room that he walked into. I found out a few weeks after the wedding he was in a motorcycle accident and passed away. I was honoured and relieved that I was able to capture lasting memories of him for the family and of course his beloved wife.

Here are some of my favorites from Ken and Sarah’s beautiful wedding!

Kirnella & Randy |Whitecourt Wedding Photographer

The beginning of August I got to photograph Kirnella and Randy’s wedding. I went to high school with Kirnella and haven’t seen her since! I was super honoured and surprised when she asked me to photograph her wedding!

I was definitely surprised when I showed up to the rehearsal the night before. The ceremony location was absolutely gorgeous! Her girl’s dresses we stunning and I loved the colors!

Spending the day with Kirnella and Randy was amazing, I could tell how much they loved each other! During the ceremony, her Mom read out this legend and then all the guests released some butterflies! It was probably the neatest thing I have seen! I caught a few snaps of the butterflies 😛

The whole wedding party was amazing and tons of fun to be with. Also super brave for trekking all the way down to the bottom of Hard Luck Canyon! Here are a few of my favorite photos!
